This classic lapel pin is modeled after the original pin that Hunter S. Thompson wore, for the first time, to his book signing at Taschen in Los Angeles. After that first night, he wore it regularly on his hat, coats, and on his lapel. Hunter loved his gonzo merch. Only two other pins were cast for that occasion for good friends, Sean Penn and Benicio Del Toro.
