Hunter S. Thompson hired/ collaborated with his good friend and artist Tom Benton to create his "Thompson For Sheriff" campaign print in 1970. This poster is a symbol of Hunter S. Thompson's political activism and intelligent rebel spirit that comes directly from Owl Farm. Hunter S. Thompson's Gonzo spirit lives on in his work, and his Gonzo symbol is an iconic symbol that fellow Thompson readers recognize in each other.
Each poster is printed on white poster paper and is personally inscribed by his wife, who also embosses each one with Hunter's official library seal, and is shipped directly from Owl Farm.
